Standard Garages

Our Quality Sheds Garages are traditional single-story buildings available in any size you need. The standard garage comes with 8’0” walls, a 16’ x 7’ two-car steel sectional overhead garage door, a steel side door, Smartside® brand wood siding (50 year manufacturer’s warranty), and 20 or 30 year rated composition shingles in your choice of color.  As always, our package also includes the concrete foundation as well as all plans, engineering, and submittals necessary to acquire a building permit.

Included in base price:

– Full plans and engineering, as required, for permit submittal.

– Concrete foundation.

-8′ wall plate height standard.

– (1) 16′ x 7′ steel overhead garage door (or smaller depending on code requirements) with opener.

– (1) 3′-0″ x 6′-8″ man door.

– Smartside panel wood siding or equivalent.

– Up to 30 yr rated composition shingles.

– Eave overhang all four sides.

– Up to (4) hours onsite mechanical grading and excavating (tractor).

– Clean up and haul away of all construction related debris.
